Casa Libre provides a marketplace for discovering rentals, homes for sale, host stays, and related real estate services. Some listings or transactions may be supported by partner brokers, service providers, or third-party tools that help us move a listing from draft to published status.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that Casa Libre may facilitate services but does not guarantee that every property, price, or availability update is immediately reflected across all channels.

Where a listing requires broker review, verification, or external distribution, you may be asked to sign a separate listing agreement or service addendum. Those documents control the specific rules for that listing and may include additional disclosures, timelines, or approval steps.

If the terms in a separate agreement conflict with this page for a specific transaction, the separate agreement controls for that transaction only.

Any platform fee, service fee, broker commission, or payment processing charge will be shown before you complete the relevant purchase or listing workflow. You are responsible for reviewing those amounts before submitting a transaction.

• Platform or service fees are non-refundable unless we say otherwise in writing or the law requires a refund.
• Any commission paid to brokers, agents, or other professionals is governed by the applicable agreement for that listing.
• Chargebacks, failed payments, or reversed transactions may pause or remove related services until the balance is resolved.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any property data, images, descriptions, disclosures, contact information, and documents you submit. That includes confirming that you have the right to publish the material and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

• Keep listing details current, especially price, availability, and status updates.
• Comply with applicable housing, advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
• Promptly tell us when a listing is under contract, withdrawn, or otherwise no longer available.

Once a listing workflow has started, processing fees and service fees may become non-refundable because work has already begun. If a request cannot be completed because required documents are missing or ownership cannot be confirmed, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion unless a different result is required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Casa Libre, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, fines, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your listing content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Casa Libre's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be handled through binding arbitration or another lawful dispute process agreed to by the parties.
